Engaging millennials in the traditional corporate culture has created new opportunities for training and development.  The millennial generation is inspired by entrepreneurship, early career development, and work-life balance.  We provide orientation to the candidates, explaining the culture of each industry as well as specific clients within an industry.  While we realize the interaction is not without challenges, it is a challenge we must concur to ensure future executive leadership.  We manage client and candidate needs to create the appropriate engagement opportunity.
